SCSI LVD stands for Low Voltage Differential . LVD doubles the bandwidth compared to regular SCSI-III. At the same time, the SCSI chain can be up to 12 meters long against max. 2-3 meters. External LVD cables are with mini DB68 connectors like the Wide SCSI cables.
